Do I still pay if nothing is found?
Yes. The diagnostic fee applies even if no fault is detected. Technician time and specialised equipment are used regardless of the outcome — just as a doctor charges for a consultation even when tests come back clear.
How long does the diagnostic take?
A standard diagnostic session typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the number of systems being scanned and the complexity of the fault. We'll give you an estimated time when you book.
What vehicles do you work on?
We work on all makes and models including passenger vehicles, SUVs, bakkies, and trucks. Our diagnostic equipment covers 98% of vehicles manufactured from 1996 onwards.
Can I get the report digitally?
Yes. Your diagnostic report can be sent via WhatsApp or email, or printed on request. The report is useful for getting second quotes, vehicle sales, and insurance purposes.
